Every ExACT database in a practice requires its own tariff update file. 3.) Every practice at a different address requires its own tariff update file. I understand the tariff fees update files become available as the medical schemes release the annual tariff updates, after which ExACT Dental makes the tariff file available to be downloaded. There are several tariff fees files released throughout January every year as some medical schemes only make their annual fees available by mid-January. Upload Proof of Payment Please upload (attach) your proof of payment. Alternatively, complete the subscription form and email the POP to management@ecizone.com. It is preferred that the POP be uploaded to accompany this signed online subscription form. By submitting this form, you confirm your subscription to the 2025 fee schedule and agree to and understand the Terms and Conditions of the tariff service.
