Early Years to Present. Established in 1999, ExACT Dental has become South Africa’s most comprehensive EPR (electronic patient record) system. Today ExACT Dental EPR system is independently acknowledged as a “best practice” solution with its own built-in PMA modules (practice management administration) and functions integrating with other third-party modules such as digital imaging and digital messaging.
Reason for Growth. ExACT Dental is blessed to have become the fastest growing dental software in the South African market. We believe the reason is because ExACT Dental is “developed by dentists for dentists”. Today, ExACT Dental is still growing and expanding with new releases and product enhancements (see our Product Section).
From South Africa into Africa. ExACT Dental serves several countries in Africa and our call centre is becoming more supportive of electronic, online remote support services serving our clients across times zones and country borders.
Training Solutions. ExACT Dental has partnered with training institutions to build customized training systems used by dental schools and oral health centers. Our focus is on getting the next generation of oral healthcare workers trained for working in Africa.
